Aerodynamics and Flight Simulation:
Based on your specifications, our team will generate an aerodynamic model of your vehicle using NAELL, and configure a custom flight simulator within MAVRIK. This simulator is tailored to your platform and testing objectives, enabling evaluation of advanced control laws, sensor fusion algorithms, and configuration transitions under realistic flight conditions.
Flight Controller and Hardware Integration:
We provide integration and testing support, including guidance on hardware-in-the-loop (HITL) testing to ensure a smooth transition from simulation to real-world flight. Our team assists with the integration of flight controllers and onboard systems, supporting Falcon Aerospace’s proprietary controller, as well as PX4 and Ardupilot solutions. Custom data logging and telemetry systems are configured according to your operational and analysis needs.

Upon project completion, each client will receive one complimentary Falcon Aerospace flight controller. Our team will assist you in configuring the board for your specific application, including custom telemetry and data logging setup to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.

Each user will receive a basic ground control station (GCS) compatible with all MAVLink-enabled devices. This GCS includes essential customization tailored to your vehicle and comes with a basic HTML-based post-flight data visualizer for reviewing mission data. For projects requiring expanded functionality or interface enhancements, advanced customization options are available as an additional service.

Each user will receive a basic Unreal Engine 5 graphics executable, delivering high-quality visuals for simulation environments. This visualizer is fully compatible with MAVRIK or any UDP or Serial-enabled device. The base version includes a standard vehicle platform for visualization, while advanced customization options—such as custom vehicle models, camera views, weather effects, HUDs, and more—are available as an additional service.

While Unreal Engine offers high-fidelity visuals, it can be resource-intensive. For users running simulations on lower-spec machines, we provide a lightweight wireframe visualizer that delivers clear and efficient simulation visualization without the performance demands of UE5.

Custom Ground Control Station

The system intelligently transforms its layout based on the detected mission profile, vehicle type, or even specific flight, providing a seamless and intuitive user experience. With advanced telemetry visualization, real-time status monitoring, and redundant data logging, operators gain deeper insight and reliability throughout every phase of flight.
In addition to live operations, Falcon Ground Control supports flight log replay, enabling users to replay flights in real time—a valuable feature for creating post-flight analyses or synchronized flight video reviews.
Beyond data monitoring, Falcon Ground Control provides direct command and control of your vehicle, supporting custom command sets tailored to your platform. It offers flexible communication through UDP and Serial interfaces, utilizing MAVLink or custom message protocols for compatibility with a wide range of aircraft and simulation environments. When integrated with Unreal Engine 5 graphics, Falcon Ground Control delivers immersive visualization for both flight testing and simulation operations.
